Public Comment
Closed Session
If you would like to comment on the board regarding an item on the closed session agenda please email pubcomms@millercreeksd.org or you may attend the zoom meeting and use the raised hand feature during the public comment section of the closed session agenda. When your name is called, please state your name and the closed session item about which you wish to speak. Superintendent Rosales will read public comments received via email at the appropriate time on the closed session agenda. You will be given three minutes to address the board. After the public comment section of the closed session agenda, the zoom meeting will be closed to the public until the open session at approximately 6:30pm.

If you wish to make a comment about a matter not on the agenda, the board invites you to do so when we get to the item on the agenda called “public comment on items not on the agenda”. You will be given 3 minutes to address the board. When you are called, please state your name and the subject about which you wish to speak. Please note that due to the Brown Act, the board will not respond to items not on the agenda during the meeting.
